I have to say that Lego hit the nail on the head with Lego Building Blocks. My boys (ages 9 and 6) love them. They will play together (nicely even) for hours and hours! That in itself is a feat. But to see the buildings that they build, they use their imaginations to build "cities, and castles". I much rather see them building with blocks than vegging out in front of the tv. Lego's allow them to use their brains to build what they see rather than just following a set of directions all the time.
