LEGO Bionicles Review Summary

LEGO Bionicles are a classic toy with a modern twist. Kids have been playing with Legos for decades. Now they can take it to a new level by building robotic monsters and warriors. LEGO Bionicles are educational, require imagination and help develop good hand-eye coordination. They are designed with older kids in mind. Breidi said, "this is a perfect toy for keeping a child occupied for hours." Parents agree that LEGO Bionicles are a good buy, especially for the price.

Our son has been very interested in building things since he was just a toddler.  He likes to put to put things together and then take them apart.  We bought him his first Bionicle at age three.  He of course could not put it together at that age by himself but once I got it together he never put it down and never stopped talking about it.  As he has gotten older now at the age of 6 he can build even the most extreme ones all by himself. He can read a little but all the instructions only use pictures which makes it extremely easy for him.  They have three movies out as well that make the...

My 11 yr. old son loves Bionicle by Lego.  It is a new version on the old Lego blocks we all remember from when we were kids.  But now they have a new set where you can build robotic monsters/warriors.

What I like about Bionicles is that it can keep my child entertained for hours.  He has about 5 different Bionicles but he can combine them to make something new everytime.  Also, you can't beat the price.  They usually run between $9.99 - $15.99 for the single Bionicles at Wal-mart.  But there are also more complicated Bionicle with more pieces that do cost a little more.  So whatever your...

This kind of toy is good as it gets the child to build his toy and then can alter it as he chooses.
Allows for his imagination to kick in, with two or more, he can interchange parts, make up new characters. It keeps him busy for hours on end. When he buys this with his allowance it is all his and means more to him.  Even though there are small pieces it is a good exercise for him to build the character. Makes him read and understand the directions which is also good.
It teaches him to be patient, to overcome any obstacles he may encounter to get his "man" built. This is also beneficial, and will...

The Lego Bionicles are great toys for children over eight.  They have small parts and are not for younger children but are awesome if you have an older child. My son is awful creative and has started making a bionicle suit out of different pieces of about twenty different bionicle lego sets.  They sets are reasonably priced and the hours of excitement each set has brought has been worth the price. I am very impressed and I recommend this product to people with creative children. You can build over and over and make all sorts of interesting creations. These lego blocks will surely lead to hours...

My oldest son (6) is a Bionicle nut!  My other 2 children (girl 5 and boy 4) enjoy playing with them as well.  As all Lego brand building toys, they are tough and built to last.  The cool thing about Bionicles are that you can combine different ones to make new ones, the combinations are endless!  We own at least 50 different ones, and we will plan on buying more in the years to come, because they really are a great toy.  If a person enjoys building with Legos, they would probably enjoy Bionicles.

We looked at two different stores before looking at Sears and they had the best selection of the bionicles. My son found the last two he needed to complete his set at Sears. Glad we stopped by the toy department!
