I gel my hair every day, and I have tried multiple different hair gels. I have been very happy with the performance of LA Looks Styling Gel. It is a very affordable gel - probably the cheapest on the market. The bottle is VERY large, so this gel lasts for a long time! This gel works really great, it keeps my style intact for my whole day, no matter how active I am and it isn't too sticky when I apply it. This is a thick gel, so it doesn't take much to get the job done. I like that there are many different "strengths" to choose from in this line of hair gels, I usually purchase the same one but it's nice to know that I have my options should my needs change as far as hair gel goes. I like that this gel doesn't have a smell - I hate smelling my hair gel all day long when I use a scented gel. The bottle is large, but very easy to use, the gel squeezes out easily and the bottle fits very nicely in my hand while I'm using it.

I have 2 boys and I wanted to get them some gel but I didn't want to spend a fortune.  I found the LA Looks brand it was about the cheapest on the self.  I bought it without too high of an expectation but was pleasantly surprised!  It worked great and keeps the boys hair in place all day.  My youngest son is especially active and people have come up to him several times and felt his hair and then commenting on how it doesn't move...LOL!  I put it on his hair when it is dry but it looks wet by the time apply it to his entire head of hair.  I comb it and then spray it down with hairspray.  It dries and doesn't look all slimey or wet once it dries.  My son also has a cow lick on the back of head and this works well to keep that under control as well.  I usually buy the gel in the pump because it is easier for me to use and makes it a little cleaner not having to get it all over my hands.  I have used other brands with pumps and they seem to clog easily.  The LA Looks brand has never clogged up on me!
