This works well for me for bow brows and eyeliner. I just dust over it with a powder that matches the color and it stays.

L.A Colors Expressions Eyeliner & Brow Pencil Black and Brown is a great product. The eyeliner goes on smooth and is great for doing a smokey eye look. The brow pencil is also great for outlining your brow shape before filling it in with powder. However, it does wipe off easily so be careful rubbing against things! I would recommend this because it's cheap, it works, and both products last forever!

I bought a few of these sets of eyeliner and brow pencils a few years ago to try and add to my makeup collection. I bought a brown, gray, and black to try and have something for all color tones. I have enjoyed having an eyeliner pencil. I also really like how the opposite end of the pencil has a pointed sponge on it to help blend the eyeliner or color things into another area. This especially comes in handy when using it for your eyebrows. The disadvantage is that I sometimes get overzealous with my blending and smear the eyeliner in a way I don't want it to be. Then I have to start all over again. My complaint with this these pencils is that they seem to be made from extremely soft materials, so they tend to wear down really easily. It seems I need to sharpen the pencil after nearly every use. They are fairly difficult to use when they are dull (and they hurt because they scratch your skin), and they make much thicker lines when they are not sharpened. I am grateful that the pencils came with a sharpener. I have used these sharpeners several times.

L.A. Colors Expressions Eyeliner & Brow Pencil is a very inexpensive eye product. I have classic black color and definitely gives a very bold appearance when lining the eyes. It also fills in well with my eyebrow hairs and makes my eyebrows much fuller. it applies pretty thick which makes the eyes really stand out from the rest of the face. The pencil sharpens pretty well and does not break into pieces like some of my eyeliners and brow pencils have done in the past. It really creates a smokey appearance to the eyes because it tends to smudge. So you may find yourself with the smokey eye look without intentionally doing it. I have experienced it running a little when my eyes get slightly watery but that's pretty much expected for the price. The caps seem to always be coming off then I end up losing them. It definitely lasts quite a while without the need to reapply constanty. I have been using one pencil for a few months now so you know you are getting your money's worth.
