this is a good starter phone, however the internal memory is very limited. if want a phone to download apps on this is not it. with all the standard factory apps taking up most of the internal memory and the constant updates of google play and store and maps and many other applications it may have room to download one application of your choosing, but only one. If you want another you have to uninstall and then download another one even if you have a memory card. the phone uses internal memory to download the app. the camera is ok but with just a rear lens video chat is not capable. Also there is no flash. The case is durable though. i have dropped it several times and not even a chip. The keyboard is convenient but the screen is not very big. so overall i would pass on selecting this phone unless you just want a phone to make calls and receive texts, because that is just about all you can do on this phone. Battery Life usually lasts all day. so only have to charge once a day. Display/Screen Quality ok screen display but small Call Quality ok when making calls Ease of Use it is a pretty simple phone Durability from my experience from not being very careful it does with stand a beating Design standard design
