I've had more than my share of cell phones over the years but this is absolutely the worst one ever!  It has almost no memory, all of the menu options respond extremely slowly, and it takes forever to exit any function. In addition it takes several attempts just to end a call. The first one I bought was defective so I returned it and had to wait 12 days for Metro to replace it. The replacement phone was just as bad. (Same model) The camera is half decent if you use the highest resolution and it's small and cute but does not function well as a phone. The ringtones and wallpapers are the cheesiest I've ever seen and they use up most of the phone's memory. You can download ringtones for it, however it only takes 2 or 3 of them before you've used up the rest of your available memory. Theoretically you can assign pictures to each contact but the memory is so low it only holds a few pix and you have to start deleting stuff. I personally know two others who owned this phone and they hated it as much as I did. After owning this phone less than two months, I ditched it and bought a different phone.  I would not recommend this phone to anyone.
