I love the Kyocera-Jax 1300 cell phone from virgin mobile. It is small and can fit places a larger phone cannot. I use it exclusively as a ministry line so I do not need to purchase a lot of minutes. I also do not need the extra features that are on my main cell phone such as a camera. This phone may not be for everyone but it serves my purpose well.

I have this phone on virgin mobile pay as you go plan. As you can tell I an a cheap person. This phone replaced older models like the party aniaml. It is small and i like that. Hoever, it wouldn't get you points for being cool outside the small size. It has no camera on it so you cannot take any pictures when you come across something and wish you had a camera for. It ofcourse doesn't do videos either. I wish it would play mp3s but no music besides over expansisze virgin mobile ring tones which aren't even full songs. While the specs say it can surf the web it is unberable and nothing like modern cell phones. I would suggest looking into a phone like tmobiles g2, or another andriod phone if you want to have access to neat apps. This phone cannot do things like scan upcs and find the cheapest prizes for an item. All the phones now days have extended features that this one lacks. It does have a speaker phone that comes in hand whe you are on hold with some support line.

The Kyocera S1300 is a great phone for those just entering the cell phone revolution. It's adavanced enough to keep up with the latest phones; but, not too advanced for the beginners that are just learning what BFF (Best Friend Forever) stands for. All of the features on the phone have a help that tells you exactly what each section does. It holds up to 250 contacts also. This phone provides internet access and access to email, myspace, and facebook. Overall, I'd rate it a 9 out of 10.

I purchased this phone because I lost my previous phone. And I fell in love with it. It has great sound, a good screen, and the call quality is wonderful. I would recomand this phone to anyone. The only thing this phone doesnt have is a camera. But that is not nesseory. The call range is perfect, and the calling plans are verry aforfable. A+ all the way.
