My mother gave me our Krups Sensotoast Deluxe 4-slice Toaster and we just love it! It is longer than a regular toaster so it can toast 4 pieces at once. I like it longer rather than wider because it takes up less room on my counter. Each slot is very wide and will hold a nice size bagel. It is manually operated so I have to put the toast down myself-which I like. The temperature adjustment dial is nice and big and has big numbers on it. There is a quick release that stops the toaster and pops the bread up. It has a tray that catches the toast crumbs and it is very easy to clean. It comes in white and black. It is easy enough for my 7 and 9 year olds to use and because the slots are so wide I don't have to worry about their bread getting stuck and them go after it with a knife. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a simple toaster good for bagels.
