At our house we love all things coffee; automatic drip brewed coffee, French pressed coffee, percolated coffee, instant coffee, homemade coffee ice cream, coffee encrusted steak, and coffee pancakes, just to name a few. We also enjoy espresso, lattes, and cappuccino, yet frequently do not wish to pay the coffee shop prices. This is why we purchased the Krups 872 Espresso Bravo Plus; a more economical way of habitually drinking coffee in these forms. It has cord storage under the unit, which is not easily accessible because the cord must be wrapped around the base (my least favorite feature).The filter basket can hold enough espresso to make either two or four espresso servings. Included are a glass carafe with plastic lid, two cup adapter and measuring spoon; however we had to purchase a tamper and frothing pitcher separately. It is a simple machine to use and clean and we use filtered water so have not had to clean any hard water deposits from the machine. Our favorite flavored latte to make is during the fall when World Market has their in season pumpkin spice coffee.
