I believe that everything that comes in a name brand are not necessary but these are horrible. I had to buy Kroger diapers once when I was really tight on money when my son was younger. They are just as good as huggies to me.

I reall like Krogers diapers. These diapers are leak proof. They are just wonderful. I have recommended them to my family and friends.I use them all the time and I loove them. They are very durable. I have never had a problem with them and neither have any of my family and friends. I use them for my two sons. My daughter is just getting ready to use them. I just love the quality of these diapers and they are soo much cheaper than pampers or any of the others. They reall are a good brand. Diapers are usually one baby item that I spend the extra dollars for the brand name. My husband brought these home much to my dismay. In the past I have not had good experiences with generic diapers. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. They have a nice, soft feel, adequate absorption and a nice gender nuetral picture on the front. These work as good as the name brands!

My child uses the 'pull-up' version of Kroger's Comforts. She has medical issues requiring her to still use them at the age of 7. She is very active - swimming, cheerleader, soccer, etc., and these work great - as good as any name brand I have used prior.
