This used to taste like Velveeta but now it's flavorless. It literally has no cheese flavor. It's taste like plain boiled pasta with a yellow liquid on it.

I found ot to be terrible! The cheese sauce is very thick and makes the noodles hard to stir after it has been added. It also makes the dish taste very try and has the very heavy taste of salt. FYI for buying this store brand. The Kroger mac & cheese is manufactured by the same company the makes the Wal-Mart brand of mac & cheese; it is advised that one avoids both store brands. However the Meijer brand is top notch!
