I really love the flavor of Kraft - Wheat Thins Toasted Chips Garden Valley Veggie because it tastes like a mixed garden of veggies in a crunchy snack. These Wheat Thins are baked golden brown and taste like delicious crackers with just the right amount of salt. I like the texture and they have a slight sweet and tangy flavor of vegetables. This is a nice cross between the crispyness of potato chips and the subtle flavor of a cracker. Good for dipping. The veggie flavor compliments a veggies dip but also goes well with various cream dips.
According to the package they have "50% less fat than the leading fried potato chips." I don't know how one "proves" that.
