Kraft - Philadelphia Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Spread Review

I first tried the Sundried tomato/basil Philly cream cheese simply spread on warm garlic toast, a simple but flavorful bruscetta. It was creamy, easy to spread, and had a wonderfull flavor, great with a glass of red wine.

Next night, I decided to get more creative, so I whipped up an artichoke dip. I put 4 oz. of the Philidelphia cream cheese into the blender, added a couple tablespoons of sour cream and half a cup of artichoke hearts, salt and pepper, and pulsed until it was thoroughly blended, but still retained some chunkiness. I spread this on toasted rounds of ciabatta bread, and was delighted with the flavor and texture.

I can see that the possibilities are nearly endless.
