Philadelphia Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese: This stuff is very good. The blend of flavors is awesome! I had it on some rosemary & olive oil triscuits, and could barely stop myself. During the week, my son and I have our lunch away from home, either in the car or in the vending area of my other son's therapy center. I brought this cream cheese and the triscuits to try it out for the first time. The cream cheese had softened and warmed a bit, and I forgot to bring a knife to spread it on the crackers, so I just scooped it. Dude! I could have eaten the whole box, or just overloaded the triscuits. The flavor combination is sensationally different. A bunch of different but complimentary tastes going on there. The only thing that I didn't like about it was that it was a little too salty for my taste. Other than that, it's the bomb diggety!
After about 2 times of doing that, I did try it on my Thomas' Whole Wheat bagels, and it was delish too. This time, it was chilled, so I don't know if that made it less easy to spread since it had re-chilled, but that only affected the texture - not the flavor. Good stuff! Can't wait to try the other one.
