I picked up my container of the Philadelphi Sundried Tomato & Basil cream cheese this week. As these are 2 of my favorite ingredients, I was very eager to try it. And it didn't disappoint! I spread it on some crostini I had baked earlier, and it complemented the bread very nicely. I also tried dipping it with celery sticks, and it was very good also. The flavor was subtle, and the texture was nice and creamy. It spread well and had a nice tang to it. It is great for an afternoon snack.
My only suggestion would be to market a light version of this, as it's a little too high calorie to eat on a regular basis. I would put this in a bowl and serve to guests (and I might take credit for it!)
