Kraft Miracle Whip Salad Dressing Review Summary
Kraft Miracle Whip is billed as a salad dressing, but most folks use Miracle Whip as a condiment. Slather some Miracle Whip on white bread with a thick slice of tomato, and you have a feast. Miracle Whip could be considered a sweeter alternative to mayonnaise, but Miracle Whip fans would have a hissy fit. Miracle Whip is Miracle Whip, and MW lovers offer no apologies and accept no substitutes.

Miracle Whip is one of those great American brands that have been a staple in my house since childhood. Kraft the makers of Miracle Whip premiered the salad dressing/ bread spread at the Chicago World's Fair in 1933, and the sweet white confection (is it fair to call it that?) was an instant hit. I have always liked the taste of Miracle Whip much more so than regular mayonnaise. — My Viewpoint — In our home we use Miracle Whip on sandwiches (I would not make one without it), and all kinds of salads. I am so fanatic about the salad dressing that I have to…

I love to make lots of salads and sandwiches, especially in the summer. I am always watching my calories so I love that Miracle Whip has less fat and calories than regular mayonaise. This is a staple for lots of my cold pasta salads and each serving has only about 40 calories. I am not a huge fan of mayonaise, but I love the creamy and tangy taste this gives to foods and it is perfect for summer salads or a substitute topping on hamburgers and hot dogs. It tastes great as a dipper for vegetables and the consistency is rich and creamy. This works great as a…

I will use NOTHING else on my sandwiches. Actually nothing else goes in my fridge, other than the zingy, zippy Miracle Whip Salad Dressing. It's good not only for sandwiches, but I use it in a few of my recipes. I use it in potato salad instead of plain mayonaise, it gives it much more flavor. I also use it for egg salad, tunafish, mix it in a couple casseroles just to add a little bit of that tangy, zingy flavor that makes Miracle Whip the best.…

I usually prefer fat free mayonnaise, but often it is not included in the special sales at the supermarkets. Miracle Whip has half the calories of mayonnaise to start with, so I will often buy Miracle Whip Light on sale rather than pay full price for the fat free mayonnaise. It is good for a change. It is sweeter and more tangy than…
