Sometimes all it feels like is chicken, chicken, chicken. Those pale, boneless, skinless lumps cry out for special treatment. They feed you and your family at a low cost, high health factor that even your Mother-in-law could appreciate. But what do I do with them??? Kraft Food & Family to the rescue. This is more than a 25 page ad for Kraft products (which is what I initially felt I was reading)- there is more. Sure, they show you how to 'kraft' meals, snacks and stuff from their own products, but they also include heart healthy ideas, stories, even coupons. It's nice to flip through this magazine and get inspired. It's rare that I follow directions entirely, but I have made a few meals from these magazines. And the bonus? EVERY issue has a chicken recipe. Besides, it's delivered free to my mailbox every month. No complaints!
