I am on a diet that allows me to have 75 calories of something sweet everyday.  The catch is what ever that sweet item is has to be sugar free.  I have been eating a lot of sugar free Jello lately, and I particularly like the lemon, it is quite flavorable.  I couldn't help but think that it would be good with some whipped cream.  So I went to the store to see what was available in sugar free what I found was Kraft CoolWhip Free

Kraft CoolWhip Free is not exactly sugar free but it only has 1 gram of sugar, so it is very low in sugar.  It also has only 3 grams of carbohydrate so it is very acceptable for just about any diet, including low carb. diets.

The package contains 25 servings of whipped cream.  Each serving is 15 calories, and a serving size is 2 tablespoons.  So I can safely add this to the top of my Sugar Free Jello and enjoy both of them and eat plenty and still stay under the 75 calorie mark.  This is great since I have been missing sweet things on this diet.

CoolWhip Free has 0 grams of fat and 0 cholesterol, there are also only 5 mg. of sodium.  So this is safe for low sodium diets as well.

CoolWhip Free can be purchased in the frozen foods section by the dessert with the other whipped creams.  It comes in an 8 oz tub.  It costs slightly more than regular whipped cream, but it is worth it.

I am really impressed with the taste of this.  It tastes nearly as sweet as regular whipped cream. I doubt most people would know the difference.

I have also taken it out of the freezer and eaten it frozen, it is not a thick and creamy as ice cream, but it is close enough to give me the feeling that I am eating ice cream.

CoolWhip Free can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks, and can be kept frozen for several months.  They suggest that you do not defrost it on the counter as it will get watery.  To defrost leave it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

With Kraft CoolWhip Free and sugar free Jello I am sure that I will be able to succeed on this diet.  Thanks to this whipped cream I don't have to totally live with out sweets.

I gratefully recommend Kraft CoolWhip Free.
