I love dessert, and this pudding from Kozy Shack has all the rich and decadent chocolate your cravings desire, without all the added sugar and fat. Each serving of chocolate pudding is made with Splenda, so there is no sugar added and it rings in at just 90 calories per serving. This pudding tastes so sweet and creamy and has a great chocolate flavor in every spoonful. There is only 3 grams of fat and 90 calories per serving and now you can satisfy your sweet cravings without all the guilt. I love having this as a pick me up snack in the middle of the day because it helps you escape the busy day and tastes so delicious. Besides chocolate, they also make sugar free varieties in butterscotch, rice, and tapioca flavors, but I prefer this rich and decadent chocolate treat. This is a perfect alternative to high calorie desserts and taste so yummy.
