I had a nice flight from Atlanta to Incheon airport in Seoul and then to Kuala Lumpur. I was on the economy class and booked my flight using miles from a credit card. I travelled in the month of November (during the thanksgiving week). I would say I was very pleased with services provided by Korean Air from the time I checked-in until we landed to our destination. Every requests made during the flight were attended with a smile, quick and courteous. Amenities include slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, hot towels, real silverware, USB plug at every seat, and individual large movie screen at each chair.The seats are more comfortable than other airlines to get onto one of the newer planes, you get a seat that not only reclines but also slides forward (in economy) to make sleeping more comfortable and there was so much stuff to watch in the in-flight entertainment system that I barely managed to fall asleep. The movie lists are up to date. I was not able to eat at time of travel, but my partner enjoyed the korean meals. I would definitely will fly korean air again - maybe try Business class next time!
