I know that Kohl's has been around forever, but this is my latest online shopping find for clearance deals! Okay, it could have something to do with me recently obtaining a Kohl's credit card and receiving frequent card-holder only coupons. However, no matter how I found it, I am now a committed Kohl's online shopper. Who wouldn't be after nabbing three cool shirts for my son for less than $10, including shipping? I used to get excited when I bought one shirt for that price. Now my son can afford to give anyone the shirt off of his back without his mother having a coronary.

Kohls has a great variety of things to pick from, and if there is something that you have in mind they probably have it there. I was looking for a 3 piece set of PJ's for my oldest daughter. I wanted both a long sleeved shirt and a tank top with a pair of bottoms so that she could wear it year round rather than just in the winter or summer. I found what I was looking for at Kohls.com.
While I was there I also ended up getting a set of PJ's for my other daughter as well because they have just the cutest stuff!

I only shop at Kohl's for my kids' stuff. I personally do not shop there for myself. Our nearest Kohl's is about an hour and a half away so I typically shop from their website. Therefore my prespective is from an online shopper and not in the store.
First of all Kohl's has some of the best sales. They carry some good brands for my two sons. I usually wait for the sales and pick up some of my favorite brands (Carter's, OshKosh, Chaps, and Tony Hawk) for extremely cheap anywhere from five to eight dollars for a shirt or shorts.I can get the Jumping Beans brand shirts for around $2.

Kohl's is my first stop go-to source for everyday casual wear. They have stylish, yet age-appropriate choices for this young 50-something clothing addict, at reasonable prices. Also good prices and decent variety for housewares. Their sales are great, especially their Early-Bird specials.
Best for:
outerwear, tops, skirts, running shoes, handbags, sleepwear/slippers/robes, kitchenware/tableware, costume jewelry
Disappointing for:
dresses, shoes other than runners

I work from home 12 to 14 hours a day so when my husband asked me to get him more t-shirts like those he received as a gift from a friend who purchased them from Kohls, I went on line to purchase more. I placed my order on 8/26 but they didn't ship until 8/30. They sent me the UPS tracking number and finally on 9/08/2008 it was updated to display the package was delivered on 9/06/2008. Naturally, I notified Kohl that the package was not delivered to my home so where could it be. I'm careful with my shopping, and I always love it when a new department store opens in my area. It usually means good deals, right? Well, Kohls opened in Tyler, Texas last year, and I after watching the construction like a stalker I was delighted to be mailed a grand opening announcement. I was there--I think I ran somebody over in the parking lot.
I was disappointed, however. The stuff I found was Wal-Mart quality (worse, even, because Wal-Mart seems to be stepping it up) at Dillards prices. It was all on "sale," but that didn't mean anything because the stuff was crap.

I was at store 412 in East Plano, Tx this
morning and when checking out the price of
something rang up differently than I
expected. The sign said 60% off price marked
and the lowest price marked was $24.00 but I
did not get the 60% off of that price, I got
that price. I questioned it and the checker
got me a manger named Neal Josey, he told me
that was the orice and that was final, I
told him that I felt it was misleading and
he rudely said "do you want it or not" I was
