We got the Kodak EasyShare v-1073 mostly for the video .We have a couple good camera's already.The kodak EasyShare v-1073 has a bigger LCD screen than I thought it would have which was a nice little suprise.My daughter like's the touch screen although as with any touch screen it is near impossible to see outdoors in the sunlight.I like the sleek button's on this camera they dont protrude out. The Kodak EasyShare v-1073 does a really good job automatically adjusting the picture and has face recognition.i dont like how it clicks alot when using the video.The Kodak EasyShare v-1073 clicks while adjusting on video alot and that ends up affecting the quality of the video.The pictures we took with this camera are much higher definition than the cameras we own in the same price range.I would recommend this camera over other cameras in it's price range for the picture quality but i would maybe consider a diffrent one if buying it for the video alone.

On a consumer level, this camera is definitely the way to go. This camera utilizes its touch screen and gives the camera a very modern feeling. The camera itself is nice and fairly thin, thin enough to fit snugly in a pocket. The options available for taking pictures are very nicely done, and some are even surprising, such as the computer's ability to make panoramas. Video quality is fairly good and it can record in hd format. Audio is less than spectacular. Battery life is less than desirable and lasts a couple hours. Another peeve of mine is that while charging (you use the connection cord to charge it, which I also don't like) you cannot go in and view or take any photos or videos. This means you have to have it fully charged if you plan on taking any pictures during an event. Overall, the camera is of fairly nice quality and I would reccommend it for scrapbooking or casual use. If you want to get into more serious stuff though, I'd reccommend that you keep looking.

I love that this camera has made it so easy to get pictures to turn out like i am a pro. I take more pictures now than i ever did before because it is  simple and the pictures are beautiful. I now have more memories can use for scrapbooking and overall i have more to show off to my family and friends. I would recommend this camera  to anyone who wants simple quality.

I have always been a big fan of Kodak's cameras. This camera is by far my favorite! I love the touch screen, and it was a great value for  my needs as a parent of two young boys. Its nice and compact so I can put it in my pocket if I don't want to carry a purse.I also love that it does not take 3aa batteries, it comes with a rechargeable.
