I've had this camera for well over 2 years.  I have mainly used it on vacations, small day trips, and lots and lots of eBay. I've taken over 3000 photos and my camera shows no wear from it. The wrist attachment that comes included is still firmly in place with no signs of falling apart. THe kodak camera has a large viewing screen making is easy to take pictures. It is an 8.1 mega pixel camera with 3x optical aspheric lens. It can hold an SD card for many pictures but it also has an interal memory for a limited number of pictures (about 50 depending on the size). It camera comes with the simple auto flash, no flash, red-eye features. It also has different features for taking section photos such as close-up, nighttime, museum setting, fireworks, snow, beach, text, and many more options. There is a timer for taking pictures; a 2-second, 10 second, and a 2-second with multiple shots. The one down side of the camera is the shutter speed. It can be slow and if the person is not patient, the picture will turn out fuzzy. This is a good camera for a average person for the price.

This camera is awesome. I bought one for my husband and wanted to keep it for myself. Camera has great picture quality and takes excellent pictures. THe best thing about this camera is that you can find it for affordable prices all over the web. I purchased this one from the kodak store online and was still able to get a reasonable price. The camera features a slim lightweight design great for the budding photographer on the go. The camera has video recording capabilites that far exceeded my last camera. Camera is great. Once you upload the pictures to a computer and compare to the quality of other cameras you will notice the quality in color and sharpness that this camera is able to provide. Even though it is only and 8 megapixel camera it provides a lot of value.

I liked the price of this camera and that is why I went with it. I have also had good Kodak cameras on the past. I pretty disappointed with the quality of the pictures. Many times they are blurry or over exposed. You can't set defaults the way you would like. Every time you have turn the camera on you have to rest the flash settings. I like that it auto senses the light and will not flash is direct sunlight. However, I have a baby and the red eye reduction doesn't work for infants. All you get is closed eyes in the picture. I would have liked to be able to program my camera to not use the red eye reduction when it flashes but you can't on this one. I also hate that there is a delay from the time you take the picture to the time the shutter opens and closes. I have missed so many great faces because I can't anticipate my daughter's smiles. I read up on taking close up shots and the features didn't seem to work on this camera. The entire set of close up shots came out blurry.

I originally bought this camera because I needed a quick fix and it was the cheapest. As a lover of colors, I was able to choose this in metallic red. I was amazed at the picture quality this camera has. For a long-term vacation, I couldn't have asked for a better, compact camera. The camera's size is also great... if I wanted to, I could even fit it in a jeans pocket, so I didn't need to worry about a big, bulky bag. Transferring photos to your computer is also easy. Kodak offers a photo library service which is great if you want to use it, or you can opt out of using it all together (which is what I did). I would rate this a 4.5/5 stars if I could for the zoom and the battery. The zoom isn't the best, but on special settings you can adjust that. However, some of the photos might come out pixelated. It is great though for a close-up of a player at a sports match. I've also had trouble with the battery life... it doesn't last more than a day and a half (constant use, such as vacation) and there is no meter to tell me when the battery is going to die... until it does. For a reasonably priced, high quality product, this is a good one!

I really love the look of this camera and that it is small enough to fit in my pocket.  I especially love the cute colors I could choose from and the fact that it is a point and shoot camera . . . easy for even the non camera savy like me.  I wanted a small point and shoot camera that was easy to use and this fit that bill to a tee. My biggest negative of this camera is I hate that the shutter speed is so slow.  When trying to get a shot of my two year old son, its almost impossible to get him looking at the camera . . . the time between when you push your finger down and the picture is actually taken is really, REALLY slow.  I would not recommend this camera to anyone taking pictures of chlidren or moving targets.  My sisters with less expensive cameras are getting the shot seconds before I do and we push the shutter at the same time. Having said that, I have received numerous comments on the quality of the pictures of nature and cityscapes that I have taken with this camera.  It even has a fieworks setting that takes really nice fireworks shots.  For the still shot I'm not sure this camera can be beat by another pocket size point and shoot.

This is a decent little camera.  It is very small when it is turned off which for me was a problem at times because I kept losing it.  It takes good pictures for a point and shoot.  The video quality wasn't as great as I would have liked but it was fair.  My husband bought this camera for me for Christmas  when they first came out and what he paid for it I do think was a bit much.  However the price on them now is an excellent price and they are well worth that.  It however wasn't as tough as my z series Kodak we had about in 05.  This camera had taken a beating from both me and my toddler which I wouldn't recommend letting a toddler play with a camera anyway but since it had taken the beating so well I didn't freak out when I saw the kids with this camera.  It however did not take a toddler beat down near as well and in fact it broke with in a year where the other one was still working.  However if you don't have kids that will get ahold of this camera it isn't going to matter that it isn't that tough and in fact for typical adult use who may drop it once or twice it should hold up nicely.

I don't know all the best things to look for in digital cameras, so when I saw this one in purple at a price I could afford I bought it without doing my research. There might be better cameras out there, but I didn't need anything professional so this one was as good as any. The camera came with a charger that plugs into the wall - this charger also turns into a USB cable to plug into the computer (it took me a long time to figure this out and I was bummed thinking that I had to buy a seperate USB cable). The look of the camera is great - there were several color choices. The pictures are a decent quality - some friends had cell phones that took better pictures, but this is the best camera I have ever had. Putting pictures onto my computer was easy once I figured out the USB cable and this was the important feature for me. I have dropped the camera and put a crack in the screen and it still takes pictures - definately can put up with a little wear and tear! The battery life lasts forever and the charger means I don't have to worry about recharging batteries all the time.

I've always loved taking pictures and have worn out several cameras during my lifetime and this is absolutely the best camera I've ever owned.  Within minutes of opening it, I was snapping away.  It's easy to use and the pictures always turn out great.  Being the family paparazzi, I want a camera that is ready when I am to snap those great moments.  We attend NASCAR and local dirt track races and I get clear beautiful pictures even with cars going 200 mph.  The video feature is also fantastic. It's the only camera for me.

I absolutly love my Kodak Easy Share. I love the color purple!, and its truely easy to use. I mean i Do love technology, but someone who isnt so great as using cameras would beable to figure this thing out. It self explanatory. It snaps pictures quick. Clear pictures. No blurriness ever! I have dropped it a few times and it is extrememyl durable. Its nice and easy to upload on your computer onto the kodak easy share program that comes with the camera. and it came with an aweosme leather case for free!! With kodak you just really cant go wrong. I will never go to any other brand.

***Great little camera!***  This is the first digital camera I have ever owned so I was definitely a novice when I first got it, but it is so easy to operate that I was taking pictures like a pro in no time.  The features are easy to use and understand and there are so many different styles of photographs you can take with these features.  It has everything from specialty lighting features to landscaping features to video features.  This truly makes this little camera an all in one piece of equipment that you can literally put in your pocket and take it anywhere to capture all those important moments that you don't want to miss. I would recommend this camera to anyone who loves to take pictures but doesn't consider themselves a pro.  With a good sized memory card you can take literally thousands of pictures without having to delete pics to make room for more.  You can also take pictures in almost any setting, low light, candle light, next to no light, bright sunlight, action, stills, panorama and even self portraits.  Take black and whites, colors, negatives or even sephias.  All of this without breaking the bank to purchase this camera makes this a great little camera!!!!
