I do a lot of online writing, and a lot of the writing is enhanced by photographs. Many times when we are traveling my husband likes to be the one to take the pictures. So he takes control of the camera and he likes to of course take family photographs, which is a good thing. But I would like to use the photos for my online writing, and I don't want my family in those pictures. I want to take pictures of scenery etc. and leave the family photographing to my husband. So I decided to get my own digital camera, however, things are tight so I did not want to spend a lot of money. So I wanted to get the best camera I could for the lowest possible price.
The Kodak Easyshare C913 9.2 Digital Camera was recommended to me.
I paid a very low price of $79.99 for my Kodak Easyshare camera. It actually takes really good pictures that are comparable to my husbands camera that we paid $300 for.
The camera comes in different colors, I have seen them in white and in red. Mine is silver.
The easy share has a share button that allows you to easily share your pictures with others.
Other features of this camera are:
3x optical/5x digital zoom
2.4 color LCD Screen
Incudes AA alkaline batteries
Movie mode w/sound: 29 frames/sec
16MB built-in memory
Accepts SD/SDHC media
weighs 4.8 oz.
2.6" x 3.6" W x 1.59" D
Perfect Touch Technology
Comes with 1 year limited warranty
Everything you need to use the camera is right in the box. So you could literally buy it and use it 5 minutes later. It comes with the batteries as mentioned above, USB cable, wrist strap, instruction booklet, and Custom Camera insert for optional Easy Share camera with printer docks. This is a camera that goes nicely with the Easy share printer dock.
The small camera is very easy to use, and takes really good pictures. For the price I really can not complain about anything. Of course there are fancier cameras that do more, but for what this camera costs it does all that you would expect it to do.
The only real complaint I have is that it goes through batteries really quickly. My husband's camera has to be recharged but takes a lot of pictures before before the battery dies, but if you are out somewhere and the batteries die you are stuck. If the battery dies in this camera you can just pop a couple new ones in. But it does go through them fast, so I always carry extra batteries with me.
So if you need a nice camera but don't have a lot of excess cash try the Kodak Easyshare C913 9.2MP digital camera.
