What a HORRIBLE experience. I will never ever use Kodak Photo Gallery again. Our Christmas photo card order was 2 weeks late, so we called to find out what happened and they claimed it was lost in the mail. Terribly rude and unhelpful customer service representatives finally agreed to "re-ship" the order (something tells me the order never made it out of the lab) and expedite the shipping for 1-day delivery. Well, then I come to find out that it would still take 3 days to "process" the order so there would be no way possible that we would receive our order the next day like we had requested. When I asked to cancel my order and be refunded, they told me that the credit to my credit card would not be processed for up to 3 weeks. The customer service department was TERRIBLE. Rude representatives interrupted me constantly, staunchly defended themselves, and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor or manager. What happened to real customer service? Forget it, I am going to order my Christmas photos cards from Costco Photo Center from now on. My mother-in-law ordered her beautiful cards from Costco, paid less than my order from Kodak Photo Gallery, and had them in her hands 1 day later.
Boo Kodak Photo Gallery. I will never recommend anyone to use their services. What a disappointment.
