Kodak Easy Share Gallery —
I've used this lab 5 times. Twice they lost my negatives, and once they sent me negatives that weren't mine. I called x3 on my lost negatives, and each time they told me to 'give it more time'. Each rep gave me some arbitrary date in the future. When I called after the arbitrary day, they gave me another arbitrary day. Kafkaesque. Then they acted like I was the asshole because my frustration was mounting.1. "10 days"
2. "10 business days"
3. "up to 21 days"
After 21 days: "we'll reimburse you ($5!)"
Oh and when I called about the negatives that weren't mine and asked where I should send them...they told me to throw them away.
I said I could easily throw them in a mailer and send them back. 'No,' they replied, 'just go ahead and throw them away.'
What a class operation.
If you value your work avoid this lab. Seriously.
