Kodak 5100 AiO (All-in-one) Inkjet Printer Review

when i first got my kodak aio 5100 printer, i was so excited!!  i'd wanted it since it first came on the market.  i have a kodak digital camera that i love & i've always loved kodak products.  got it out of the box & it wouldn't work...called kodak..had to send me a new printer head.  little did i know that i would hear this statement from them about 10 more times, throughout the short life of my printer.  it was printer head after printer head & down time after down time.  when i had owned it for a year, i'd only been able to use it about 3 months out of that year.  about a year ago, i got this last of my shipment of new print heads from kodak..along with the last of my 1 year warranty.  shortly thereafter, it again became unuseable.  considering the year of stress that i had already gone through with kodak, i gave up.  i got a new hp (which has always been a very dependable brand for me) printer.  my kodak printer is still sitting over in the corner.  it has brand new cartridges in it that i never even got to use...more wasted $.  i say to myself all the time that i could probably have it working again with ANOTHER new print head.  but it's really not worth the hassle & the stress...i'm done with that printer!  oh, the print & copy quality is excellent, when it is operating.  what a bummer & a huge waste of $$!! almost forgot...good luck getting the kodak easy share software to work with both your computer & printer.  be prepared to install, un-install, download & re-install the program numerous times!
