We know that when we go into that KMART, several things are guaranteed to happen –

1.    The employees will be extremely rude

2.    90% of the items we try to buy will ring up WRONG

3.    Any items they have on sale in their sale bill will be SOLD OUT

4.    Their prices will be just a little higher than other...

I STRUGGLE TO FIND A FIT FOR MY PLUS SIZE HOUR GLASS CURVY BODY! THEY EITHER ARE SO LOW YOUR BUTT CRACK HANGS OUT WHEN YOU BEND OVER TO KISS YOUR KIDS OR BEND TO PICK UP SOMETHING. WHY THEY MAKE LOW-RISE PLUS SIZE JEANS STILL BOGGLES MY MIND? WHO WANTS THERE FAT HANGIN OUT? MI DONT. IM 5'7 AND HAVE LONG LEGS I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THE NEW SELECTION OF JEANS AT KMART. I CANT EVEN GO TO A PLUS SIZE STORE AND FINFD THE RIGHT...

I just love shopping at kmart stores. I find all the items good and withing my budget.

More stylish clothes than Walmart for whole family.

Every time I have been in Kmart, there has only been one specific cashier that is nice. The rest? They act like you are working for them. The customer service counter doesn't want to help and I have watched them yell at an elderly lady for wanting to make sure her items were $1.00. Everytime I am in the electronics department, the cashier is on the phone, so I have never purchased games or movies in a case because I can't get them to help me, since I obviously do not have a key to open it and get it myself. There is never more than 2 lanes open, usually only one is. They do not say anything, act...

I've been shopping at Kmart for years in three different states for one reason convenience.  They are always right down the street from my job or my home. It didn't matter if I was shopping at Kmart in Texas, Florida, or Georgia my experience was always and still is the same.  They never have more than one or two cashier working, therefore, the lines are always long.  They never have sale items in stock.  The shopping baskets are rusty and nasty.  I hate putting my daughter in it because she is at the age where she like to put everything in her mouth.  Also, I don't know about other Kmart...

The Kmart in my area is a mess. Always. Holidays, weekdays, morning and night, its the same all the time. Its right next to the grocery, and shopping at all is tricky with a two year old, so sometimes I have to shop at Kmart to get all my errands done at once without a screaming toddler. They do have some good - I mean really good - deals, but why couldn't they straighten up a bit, dust, organize? Things are just strewn about everywhere. Its like they aren't proud of their store.

OF COURSE its better than Walmart, just on principle - but even Walmart is cleaner.

I loved K-Mart in the 70's. Good prices and blue light specials. You had a deli and an area in the back where you could sit down and eat. The deli and food areas are gone now. But the fixtures from the 70's remain. I go by K-Mart all the time and about once a year I go in remember why I don't shop there. Prices are ok, selection decent. But it just seems like you are still in the 70's. I like stores that have a fresh modern feel with good merchandise. I just don't think of quality when I think of K-Mart
