KitchenAid appliances need constant repair and service

KitchenAid appliances and A&E repair service are terrible. I have a kitchen full of Whirlpool and KitchenAid appliances and have had repairs on each one--microwave, cooktop, wall oven, frig, and dishwasher. They have a repair warranty, not a replacement warranty, so they will rebuild piece by piece and leave you waiting for parts for weeks. You take off work 8 to 5, then at 4pm they call and cancel the appointment. I've had KitchenAid's A&E repair service people at my house nearly every week for 7 weeks and I still have an oven with problems and have been waiting on parts for my dishwasher for 3 weeks and they can't tell me when the parts might arrive. Unless you have hundreds of hours to spend waiting for service repairs and unlimited patience while not needing the appliances, stay away from KitchenAid and Whirlpool. A&E who services KitchenAid/Whirlpool and Sears are totally inadequate. Stay away from them.
