KitchenAid Stand Mixer - Classic  — 

 

We have had this machine for 13 years and it works like a champ. We make waffles with it nearly every weekend.  It is great a beating egg whites into nice stiff peaks.  It  also handles high volume jobs with lots of ingredients very well.  It is heavy so I would suggest you find a place for it on a cooking accessible counter near an outlet.

The various attachments have met all of our needs.

It can be a bit loud when at high speeds.

Kitchenaid mixers are the only mixers allowed in our family...they last and last....we have never had issues with this mixer.
