I have used kitchenaid mixer in the navy as a baker, 1960 to now

practical, not very handy, Mr. Fix-it

    nothing better, last one your buy, handles heavy mixtures with ease, versatile, large bowl, Heavy Duty, lasts for years, worth every cent, easy to clean, durable, comes with everything you need, easy to use

    heavy, expensive

 I Have used Kitchen aid mixers seen 1960 as a cook / baker it the Navy. My first ship was Ike's Presidenal flagship. When I married I bought one from my Home. We used it until a year ago, when my wife gave it away and got a smaller Kitchen aid mixer.
