KitchenAid Stand Mixer - Classic Review

I love this mixer because it can be used for every cooking task -- big or small.  It handles 4 loaves worth of bread dough as well as it blends spice mixes.  In most cases, it comes with three different stirring hooks and a splatter guard (great when mixing anything with flour).  The hooks and splatter guard are dishwasher safe.  Also, the amount of accessories available is staggering...a meat grinder, pasta maker, ice cream maker, etc. 

It is now available in just about every color you can imagine, so it is sure to match your kitchen.  Some money from each sale of the pink one even benefits breast cancer research.

The only downfall is that it is very, very heavy.  I leave it on the farthest corner of the counter.
