KitchenAid Stand Mixer - Classic Plus — 

I put off buying my Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer for many years because I believed it to be cost prohibitive.  But once I went ahead and made the committment to buy it, I've not been disappointed.   The mixing bowl holds all of the ingredients at once and the variable speed of mixing allows you to slowly add liquid to dry ingredients and assure an event mix.  I like the various attachments that are available, as well as the variety of color choices to match any decor.   You will not be disappointed with your investment in this mixer.  I fully intend to pass my down a generation or two.
