    10 speeds, Beautiful on my counter!, Reliable, Easy to use, Will last forever, Lots of available accessories

Cons
    Does take up some counter space, It is heavy

I love my KitchenAid Artisan Mixer.  I have used it for everything from cookies to bread.  We purchased the ice cream attachment and have enjoyed lots of great ice creams ... this is a sturdy machine with lots of pep for any task that I ask it to do.  Highly recommend.
