KitchenAid Stand Mixer - Artisan —

I absolutely adore this mixer. I don't know how I lived without it. I bake all the time, and my son loves cookies. I can't tell you how many mixers I burned up with cookie dough before I found this guy. I have yet to find anything to slow it down. Even my super thick shortbread dough. Kitchen Aid has made a real gem here. This mixer is fantastic. It even makes mashed potatoes in no time flat.
