KitchenAid Stand Mixer - Artisan Review

I have had my Artisian Mixer for several years and it continues to work like new. It makes cooking multiple batches of divinity at Christmas an easy job.  This mixer can walk thru mixing heavy doughs that a hand mixer till not handle.  I have personally broken several hand mixers when trying to mix cookie dough. . The Artisian handles it easily.

I have also purchased the attachments for slicing, dicing, and grinding meat. Slicing potatoes for a hotdish is simple and fast.  In the fall when we process venison I can easily grind our own hamburger and save a lot of money in processing at a meat market. .

The only problem I have had with the mixer is that I am not able to blend small amounts of things such as a couple egg whites as the blender will not blend them.  I have even tried ordering the different sized bowls but nothing helped.
