I got this as a gift at my wedding shower and wanted it because I thought it looked cool in everyone's kitchen. Although I live in a small apartment right now and the mixer is living in our guest room, I use it every opportunity I have. It's a bit on the heavy side but that doesn't deter me. It mixes up my cookie batter in an instant and makes great mashed potatoes. If it weren't so expensive, I would buy one for all my friends as wedding presents.

I do love mine and it makes baking so much easier. KitchenAid makes a few models of it and they're usually on sale at Macy's. Or if you're getting married, definitely add it to your registry! Happy baking!
