I love the Kitchen Aid Silicone baking pans. They cook in less time then your metal or glassware products. You don't need to grease the pans and you won't have to replace your pans like the metal ones. They take up less space than your other baking pans. You can fold them and they are fine. You cool them for 30 mins.and pop your cake out without having to spray Pam or grease with butter and flour. Actually if your tempted to spray your silicone pan don't you'll discolor your pan. The first time I bought one I really didn't think it would come out without sticking. I sprayed and it not only discolored it but left a sticky feel to the pan.
