KitchenAid Professional 600 Series 6-quart Stand Mixer Review

I have used many mixers over the years in my kitchen but the KitchenAid Professional 600 6qt 575 Watt Stand Mixer is by far the absolute BEST that I have ever had / used!  I am an avid baker and can't live without this one.  I have had a KitchenAid stand mixer for years and recently upgraded to the professional unit for added versatility.  (The previous model - which still works perfectly - I gave to my sister and she absolutely loves that it!!) 

This model - because it is for the "professional kitchen" - is one that will handle almost any job.  It comes with a 6 quart stainless steel bowl, a burnished metal flat beater, a burnished metal dough hook and a wire whisk which will handle anything you can throw at it.  And, since the KitchenAid name is one of the most respected for any kitchen appliance, you really can't go wrong! 

My mixer stays on my counter year round because I use it on an almost daily basis.  And, once it's time for Christmas cookies, well, I'm able to make quadruple batches of some of my favorite recipes without any problems.  And, as a bread baker - who doesn't WANT a bread machine - it's the only mixer to have.

If you want to purchase a mixer that will last you a lifetime, then this is the one to buy.  I'd recommend it - and my other KitchenAid appliances - to anyone (and have done so many times!).
