KitchenAid Professional 600 Series 6-quart Stand Mixer Review

I received this for a wedding shower gift (every woman in my family gets one), and it is the best! I use it at least 4 times a week for cooking and baking! I absolutely love it! I grew up using my mother's, and have not had any problems with it.  The issue with flour coming over the sides is solved by getting an attachment, or just turning it on slowly and adding flour. 

A recommendation some people listen to and others don't: if you aren't interested in cleaning up all the time after baking, buy it in white. It hides the residual flour.  All the other colors are cool, but you end up with flour on them. :-)
