KitchenAid Professional 600 Series 6-quart Stand Mixer — 

I received my Kitchen Aid Artisian mixer for my birthday.  I love it..gosh, that sounds so corny, but I do.  Using it makes baking so much easier.  Being a typical woman, multi-tasking is my middle name and with this mixer I can do that...I am not anchored to the counter mixing the batter in the bowl.  I can go over to the pantry and grab the salt I forgot...I can mix the dry ingredients while the butter and sugars mix.  And no matter how stiff the dough is the mixer pushes on through it.  I just purchased a scraping blade to use on it and it is wonderful.  So, bring on the cookie recipes, I am ready for Christmas baking!

I couldn't agree with you more! My mother in law gave me the Kitchenaide Mixer for Christmas four years ago and it still baffles me how I cooked before I had it! And the attachments are great too!
