This mixer is powerful and easy to use. You won't have to worry about the motor burning up from mixing thick dough. I use it to make everything from pie crust to meatloaf. The versitility is great, with attachments for different mixing jobs. The kneading hook is powerful and does a better job than I did by hand. I have given this product as gifts for weddings and Christmas and they are always a hit. I could not recommend any other stand mixer if you do a lot of cooking.
