This is the best baking tool I own. Great for any type of baking. The only issue I have is something everything on the bottom doesn't get mixed in. Use it from cakes to cookies to bread. Love this product!

I have had this mixer for over 50 years. I use this for making nutroll each week for our church fish fry that is held each Friday. I also use it for making breads, cakes, etc for personal use. It has made approximately 300-400 nutroll each year. I have never had any trouble with this mixer. It is my lifeline to helping me in the kitchen. I can't tell you how many loaves of homemade bread this has made. It is an orignial KitchAid mixer. Performance Excellent for making anything. I have made cakes, yeast products of all kinds including bread, coffeecakes, cinnamon rolls, yeast rolls, etc. Ease of Cleaning Sometimes the outside of the mixer gets splattered with flour but really not a problem if I clean it right away. Durability Over 50 years old, I would say it has quality durability to withstand my usage. I have never had to have it repaired for all the yeast products that I have mixed with my KitchenAid. Design It was the best at the time of purchase. Others on the market years ago were not of the durable kind for the heavy usage that I was going to need for my baking. Doesn't Stick Works like a charm! I have never had a problem with any sticking of any kind.

This mixer saves my wrists and hands from the strain of excessive mixing by hand. Without, I wouldn't attempt to knead bread or pizza dough. We've used it to make whipped cream from scratch, the aforementioned doughs and cookies. I would use it for just about anything in the kitchen and have been wanting to buy more attachments to increase its value in our home. Performance Accomplishes the task as promised. We've used the paddle, dough hook and whisk for a variety of uses and haven't been disappointed yet. Ease of Cleaning Flour and dough often get into the nooks and crannies, making it difficult to clean. But I once gave it a deep-clean so I could make a gluten-free dessert for a friend. A lot of elbow grease but not impossible. Durability My kids often use the attachments and bowl as a drum set. So far, we haven't broken anything. It's one of the few small appliances that has survived our six and a half years of marriage. Design I like the lift-stand feature. And the attachments are well suited to their purpose. Doesn't Stick Raises and lowers with ease. Bowl cleans easily.

Durability Never had any issues and never expect any with this product.. Design Absolutely perfect for any kitchen. The design makes this stand above the rest. Stand mixers offer much more versatility than basic hand mixers. These kitchen mixers have the ability to knead dough for homemade bread, yet they are simple enough to mix cake batter thoroughly with ease. Using a stand mixer is much more efficient than using a hand mixer because the hands-free design allows you to add ingredients while the mixer is churning. This also allows you to do other tasks such as preparing the pan for baking or taking a short phone call. Doesn't Stick Like I said pretty easy cleanup, which obviously tells you that it doesnt stick.

I've had my stand mixer for 5 years now, and it has never disappointed me. It's a sturdy, reliable fixture in my kitchen, always on the counter. It comes with the standard paddle, whisk, and dough hook attachment. I've used all three, and the results are fantastic every time. As someone who is a little challenged at kneading dough, that dough hook has seriously changed my life. I make bread more often now because I can count on it turning out just right. The unique way that these three attachments move through the bowl makes for extremely fast and thorough mixing. I rarely have to scrape down the sides of the bowl to make sure all my ingredients are being incorporated, as opposed to the traditional mixer where the bowl moves around and the beaters stay in one place. I use it for everything from cookie dough and other baking, to bread dough, mashed potatoes, shredding chicken for salads (cook it and place the breasts in the bowl, turn it on for a minute or two and it's perfectly shredded!) to whisking up some fresh whipped cream. It does everything! Now I just need to get some of the other attachments. I've been eyeing their pasta roller for a while.

I love my mixer it has worked well through all the holidays and has lasted me many years. If you are thinking of getting one I think it is a smart idea. They also come in many colors which helped me to match the style of my kitchen around it. My mom had one when I was growing up and I know I will tell my daughter she needs one. Performance I have baked cookies with nuts breads and cake in this mixer with no problem. it's motor is so strong that it powers through almost anything. Ease of Cleaning You just have to wash out the bowl and the mixer blade and wipe up around the mixer it is so easy as long as you don't splatter the batter too much. Durability I actually dropped my moms on the floor once nothing happened to the mixer however it ruined the floor. Design I like all the colors that it comes in. I am not so daring as to get a wacky color but my red one has been a great addition to my kitchen. Doesn't Stick it goes in the mixer with ease and stays there until you poop it off. I have never had a problem with anything ever sticking.

This product should be a standard in every home. It is a product I find myself using many times a week. While I am someone who loves to bake I have found that it can be used to do so many other things. One of my favorite things to use the mixer for is to shred chicken or beef for tacos. Having this mixer makes it quicker and easier to make homemade items for my diabetic husband. Instead of having to purchase the expensive low carb/low sugar treats at the store I can save money and make my own low carb/low sugar treats. I consider this the best gift my husband has ever given to me despite the old saying never give your wife a gift with a plug. :) Ease of Cleaning I love the fact that the bowls and mixing attachments can be washed in the dishwasher. I have never had any problems getting food and mixes cleaned from the mixing bowl even after mixes have dried and stuck to the bowl they still seem to wipe off with soap and water. Durability This mixer is heavy and feels extremely durable. It does not rock or move around on the counter.

We received this as a wedding present about 8 years ago and I love it. I don't do a lot of baking, however when we do pull it out to use it, it's so much easier than just the hand mixer for small jobs. For instance, using it to help mix the dough for chocolate chip cookies every christmas eve. Eventually I have to mix by hand with a hand mixer when adding in the chips, however, I can use the hook attachment to help with that with this mixer.
