This is one of the best pizza cutters I have own. The pizza cutter is nicely designed with a comfortable grip handle. The blades are very sharp which makes cutting through pizza very easy. I also use this pizza cutter to cut perfect slices of grilled cheese and ham sandwiches. I use this pizza cutter to slice through freshly made pasta dough to make dumpings. I also use this pizza cutter when I make baked goods. The design of this pizza cutter is perfect featuring a staining steel blade. The wheel on the pizza cutter is angled to ensure a comfortable grip and perfect sliced pizza each and every time. There is also a thumb and finger guard to protect your fingers. This pizza cutter is very easy to clean, it is dishwasher safe but I choose to wash it by hand to prevent possible rusting. This pizza cutter is inexpensive and works very well. I am very pleased with the performance of this product overall.

My girlfriend and I recently decided that we wanted to start updating our kitchen. as such, we have been going on huge shopping sprees to buy new tools, utensils, pots and pans, etc. One of the new kitchen tools that we purchased was this fantastic pizza cutter. I have used many different ones before of all shapes and sizes, and with each one I have encountered the problem of them becoming dull or breaking, but this one is different. I have never questioned the quality of KitchenAid because they never disappoint, this cutter being a great example considering that it has not dulled whatsoever in the past 2 months (even though we have used it a considerable amount) and it shows no signs of loosening from its tight hold. The tool also has a really good handle, so even with the greasiest of hands, it will not ever slip from your grasp like some metal ones do. I recommend that anyone who wants something that will last for many years, this is the product to get.

The KitchenAid Pizza Cutter works really well to cut pizzas that you make or that you buy from a pizza place. The pizza cutter is designed well, with the handle high enough from the blade so you don't get your hand close to the pizza. I normally buy a lot of Kitchen Aid products because they are really sturdy and last a long time. This is true of the pizza cutter. I had it for pretty long, and I never had problems with it breaking or the blade getting dull at all. It's also easy to wash because I just put it in the dishwasher. Ease of Cleaning This is really easy to clean because I just put it in the dishwasher. Durability I normally just put this in a drawer with a lot of other utensils, and it has never broken, and I don't have to worry about it getting chips out of it. Design This is designed really well. The handle is high enough so you don't have to worry about getting any food on your hands when you use the blade to cut pizza.

Our family eats a lot of pizza. As my oldest child has now reached the age where she has taken an interest in cooking, we have been making more pizza than ever before as she likes to help. Making our own pizza to our own customized tastes is not only delicious but also very rewarding. For many years I was always old school in that I would use a knife to cut my own home made pizza. It worked but the results were not always pretty which would result in slices getting incorrectly cut and or worse yet, the pizza tearing instead of cutting. I have recently seen the light and error in my ways when I purchased this KitchenAid Pizza cutter. It is amazing just how easy to use this pizza cutter is. I use this a lot and I am impressed every time I use it. It cuts the perfect sized and equally sized slices every time. I don't need to use a lot of force when using this KitchenAid pizza cutter which means no tearing of the pie and toppings staying in place where they belong. I have also discovered that this pizza cutter also works just as well for cutting freshly baked home brownies and corn bread making this a multi-use tool. Cleaning is pretty straight forward. The only thing I have found is that I have to really make sure I clean the arm that is connected to the wheel thoroughly to prevent any gunk building up. I have now seen the error of my ways and this pizza cutter takes pride in my kitchen drawer.

item seemed good in the store, purchased at Target. Large rubber grip handle, however the blade was very sharp and cut my 5 year old daughters hand who wanted to help "mommy" make dinner.  We had to rush her to the emergency room and she had several stiches placed in her hand. When the store and manufactor were contact about it, they were very unwilling to assist with this issue.

We had prepared ourselves for another horrible pizza cuter accident, sitting there and rolling it continually to cut off one piece of pizza. Where we surprised when it slided through the pizza with ease, there was no stress on our hands. It's sharp, has an innovative design, the handle is wide, it's convenient and the kitchenaid brand always has goodies for nice values, it's dishwasher safe, and more importantly after several uses it has not rusted in any spots. Most of our pizza cutters before, two uses in the dishwasher and poof, there's rust everywhere and no one wants to cut the pizza. The kitchenaid brand is someone you can trust, and I feel they did a fantastic job with this pizza cuter, and you should try it to if you're hesitant to get a new one, it's safe, sturdy, easily washable, and does the job fantastically, it has a great value. It's never made a bad pizza family game night.

We eat a lot of pizza at my house, and make our own every Friday, so we need a really good pizza cutter. We had been through a lot of them... Some we bought from pizza places, some were really high-end brands, some cheaper ones, and really, they were all pretty similar in quality. But this KitchenAid one surprised me! It seriously is much better than any others that we have used, very noticably better quality. It cuts right through in one pass, the cheese slides right off so it doesn't get all gunked up and jammed quickly, and it stays sharp for, well, forever. We have had ours for about a year now, and it still works just as good as the first day that we purchased it. This is a mid-priced tool, and is worth every penny you spend on it, even if you don't eat pizza that often. The cheaper ones will get thrown away within a year, but this will last you a really long time!

My husband and I received the KitchenAid Pizza Cutter as a shower gift (someone purchased it off of our wedding registry at Target).  We make our own pizza frequently, and had been doing our best cutting it with a knife or other kitchen tool, but we really needed an official pizza cutter.  Since getting our KitchenAid cutter, we've been very happy!  It is a nice tool, with well-made mechanisms (it doesn't seem cheap or cheaply made) and most importantly, it is very easy to use.  The blade is sharp and cuts easily through pizza crust and toppings.  The handle is wide enough that it is comfortable in both my hand, and my husband's.  The wide handle is also helpful in making the cutter very stable when you are using it.  I also like the black and silver design - it is nice and streamlined - and the size (it isn't too small, or too big to fit into our silverware drawer).  We've also used it to cut other crusts and baking items, not just pizza.  Also, though it was a gift, we know it was pretty reasonably priced, which is another plus!  Definitely recommend!
