Pros

    very dependable, whips egg whites or cream in minutes, runs well on low for heavy dough, can mix 3x recipe chocolate chip cookies, 10 speed settings

Cons
    it's a bit pricy

KitchenAid Mixer - Professional 5 Plus Series  — 

My husband gave me this as a Christmas gift and it is the best gift he has ever given me. I absolutely love it. It has so much power, it can handle anything. Not only does it work great, but it looks great on my counter-top too! It comes with 3 attachments, and the bowl lifts up and down rather than the top tilting up and down. Over all this is a great product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
