KitchenAid Mixer - Professional 5 Plus Series —
I bought this item a year ago and have been in love with it ever since. I have made tough breads, cookies, and egg whites in it. It has never failed me and it is strong and true. I would reccoment the 6-quart bowl because if you want to double a recipe, you won't have to worry about spillage. Also, clean the extier with widex to keep it shinning at all times.Last edited on Apr 09, 2008
