KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus Series Mixer

I would have to say it is a great product, I am a baker and this is my first stand mixer. It mixes everything from egg-whites, to stiff dough. It comes with a dough hook, a whisk, and a paddle, you can purchase other attachments separately. You  only have a 5 quart bowl unlike other stand mixers that have a 6 quart bowl. The mixer cleans up well east to assemble, the bowl can be raised up and down. the top mixer part of the mixer is fixed so you have to lower the bowl instead. This mixer has made my baking experience more fun, and a lot faster.
