KitchenAid Mixer - Professional 5 Plus Series —
I absolutely LOVE my kitchen aid mixer. I especially love how you can raise and drop the bowl instead of having to tip the head back. The lift makes the mixer a lot taller but I would rather have it be taller than have to have a wide enough counter to tip back the head enough. I begged for my mixer since 2007 xmas and finally got it for my b-day last year. I love it so much. Especially since there's an option to add attachment which makes it more practical than having to buy a different piece of equipment for each task. Ther heavy duty mixer is great for mixing cookie dough very fast and efficiently, and is great for making pizza and bread doughs. The simple way the bowl locks into place makes sure it will not come out of place while your doing heavy mixing. This is a homemaker, chef or pastry chefs dream mixer for having at home and Kitchen Aid is such a reliable name that I know my mixer will last me so long which makes it well worth the cost.
