KitchenAid Mixer - Professional 5 Plus Series  — 

I love my KitchenAid Professional 600 mixer!  I waited a long time to get it after graduating French Pastry School but I saved and the wait was well worth it.  I did look at other mixers but I kept going back to my KitchenAid and I am so glad I did.  It is now part of my family and is kept very busy especially with the up coming Holidays.
