This is just awesome to have. Its like A MUST HAVE. I recieved this not long ago and I have been using it for everything. I look for things to mkae so I can use it. I bought this on sale at amazon.com for 179.99 after the rebate and the $30. for signing up for a credit card. You can't go wrong with that price at all. Expecailly for a BRAND NEW KITCHENAID PROFESSIONAL 600 SERIES.
